I do not see any security issues fixed, but since is based on Firefox
38.2.0 I would assume there are?

Since I use the same TB-profile from Windows and Ubuntu, sooner of later I
expect a broken profile, especially, because the Lightning version is also
different.
So it would be nice, if Ubuntu would not wait so long time with updating to the
current release of TB.
