Ok I thought it was a KDE thing. What I want is just to be able to install it
on Kubuntu.
Kubuntu provide a lot of packages that are not KDE anyway.

I do not understand add this to the repo? It is maintained by blue shell
and is not official KDE. We cannot add code to the KDE repo. I am not
sure what you are asking here, very sorry.
