no paid apps in 15.04

Thank you for your bug report, it seems that you have an expired auth
token and that software-center fails to update it, does it work if you
use ubuntu-control-panel-qt to re-auth to the service?

me its only in the repos for 12.04
besides i upgraded to 15.10 recently and its still that paid apps are
not present in the software-center.
