gcc5 made it out of proposed ! The PPA still depends on the following
packages still in proposed though:
sudo apt-get install libreoffice-core

thats exactly what I did in #4.
So far, I did not encounter problems related to the gcc5 transitions.

If you are keen enough to run ubuntu wily as of now you need to enable
the proposed pocket to use the libreoffice ppa builds for wily. Be
cautious while doing that since the gcc5 transition is still ongoing!

Use ppa:libreoffice/ppa since currently there is no point in using the
prereleases ppa.
The wily package in prereleases ppa got built against the wily-proposed
pocket which contains a huge gcc5 transition.

Of course, I am talking about the prerelease ppa version, obtained with:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-prereleases
I thought I was opening a bug against the ppa, but apparently I cannot
actually do that (sorry if this is misplaced).
