Since I wiped my keyrings, it works quite well. I discovered the following behaviour: * Wenn the VPN connection works, no dialog is shown. * Wenn connecting fails, an error dialog is displayed. * The next time, the password/group password dialog is shown, but with the passwords already filled in.

Another way how this can be temporally fixed is by using Seahorse (Passwords and Encryption Keys). There you will find your passwords under the tab "passwords". After deleting them, network-manager could remember my password again. At least this is what happened to me. So the problem seems to be r
