MythTV in Mythbuntu

According the bug report, MythTV is able to detect and set the UI
language. What is lack is those minor settings.

Yeah, this is an upstream bug with MythTV. It would be best if you
filed it with the upstream MythTV bug tracker so that upstream
developers are notified and can work on it (patches will be welcome
too).
