When using gtk-theme-config, the css file for gtk-3.0
(~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css) is incorrectly modified. For example, one
part of the file may say (vicinity of line 27, in this case):

Confirmed using Xubuntu 16.04 with the Kokodi theme. (I use this theme to give
windows a decently big border to grip for resizing).

of manually editing the semicolons back in the css file (and not changing the
theme
This may be a duplicate of bug 1473821 which should be fixed in Ubuntu
16.04 LTS. If your config file was already broken though, the fix
doesn't repair it but at least it hopefully shouldn't break it in the
future.

Every time I open graphical Emacs in Xubuntu 16.04 these warnings are
written into the console. Just a minor annoyance, but looks like it
would take five minutes to fix at most.
