Public bug reported:

tested both with rythmbox and clementine: GUI crashes (unity/lightdm and
gnome/gdm same issue) when trying to switch audiotrack. Well it hangs,
mousepointer inclusive and tty's via ALT+F? are no longer accessable
Computer is (sometimes) still accessable remotely via ssh but to not much use.
I suspect it is pulse-audio related, the process shows defunct status after
crash.
computer behaves extremely buggy until hard reboot or "halt --reboot", "init 6"
and "reboot" don't seem to work.
