Public bug reported:
After boot-up & login, one or both panels are invisible. To make them
visible, I'd have to click within the area where they should appear to
make them visible. If I delete the panel & recreate it manually, it
will USUALLY but not always be visible upon boot-up @ login.

The "Task-bar" Panel & "Main-menu" panels are invisible until I click where
