Hi. I looked at the specific request you made to obtain a backtrace but
the instructions are too complicated to figure out. Is there some sort of
executable file or one click program to run?
What I can tell you though is that after much a do I figured out that the
problem is most likely caused

- Screen grey and frozen. Unable to stop application or exit. ONly
- solution is to reboot system.
