I cannot create a license/copying file, as the copyright holder /
upstream should do that.
Filed a Debian bug report, about this, linked. If and when it is fixed
it will land in Ubuntu via merge. I do not believe this is in fact
critical to track, apart from the BTS bug. Thus this is now
"via a dpkg trigger" -> this is a udeb only package, so no triggers ;-)
no transitions, no upgrades ever.
i will open a bug in debian about lack of copyright file. But i fear the
identified problem is not unique to this udeb, but to other d-i upstream
components as well.

elegantly via a dpkg trigger? That way, we wouldn't fail the whole transition
