I was able to reproduce the item to be disabled on settings page. But I can
not reproduce the problem related with the first time import.
The fix is on silo 005, to test.

To manage
It worked here. The way I used it was:
- Open address book.
- Tap on "Import contacts from SIM card".
- Selected the contacts.
- Imported them.
