I bisected the file and updated the shared file to just contain the
entry that caused it. And continued using my browser with just that
entry removed.

There's pretty much nothing we can do here - Oxide is behaving correctly
because it's been told to require HTTPS for this site. The most likely
cause of this is the site responded with a Strict-Transport-Security
header in the past

.local/share/webbrowser-app/TransportSecurity is the cuplrit. Renaming
it takes the problem away, putting it back resurrects the problem.
