Correct, the dhcpclient_priority has been dropped in Debian due to
direct apply by upstream. Unfortunately, uploader didn't mention it in
d/changelog.
Well, I just was reviewing your debdiff. Technically it's OK, but you didn't
pay attention to adjust a debian/changelog file.
1st) Please explain
It isn't a patch from ubuntu, debian dropped it with this release.
