OK I try to describe what happens:
- Move to system settings > Sound > Switch off Other Vibration
Iin the system settings panel vibrates nothing
- Open Browser > tap menu icon to open=vibration - tap menu icon to close=no
vibration
Open Unav
- Tap Arrow icon=vibration
- Tap Search=vibration
- Tap Back arrow=vibration
- Tap menu=vibration>Tap settings>vibration> in the settings panel each tap
vibrate
- Tap back arrow=vibration
Open calculator
- Each tap vibrate
Orga container vibrate each webapp
Open camera= Each tap

The behavior described happens independent of the Other vibrations
setting, since it is known to do nothing at the moment.

It is the same as the duplicate bug, the reason it doesn't turn off is
lack of accsss to the service that is supposed to do it, so we need to
redesign how the control works
