The wily update was not verified in half a year, and wily is almost EOL.
So I removed the -proposed package.

@ Brian, big excuses, I'll be remembering that then for certain. Had
been comparing the code before (not too big a change actually).
Especially as this was fixed in the most current release of Ubuntu.
