It looks like -25_fix_g_str_has_prefix_assert.patch is dropped from
d/patches/series - is that intentional?

It looks like one path location changes from /usr/lib/libgksu/gksu-run-
helper to /usr/lib/gksu-run-helper - where does this change come from?
Does it have an impact on depending packages?

Hi Daniel, thanks for having a look. the change comes from the
"30_automake_errors.patch", that I have preferred instead of the Debian
version "04_automake.patch".
I now dropped it and changed 04_automake.patch to avoid a build failure.
the debdiff is even less big now, and debdiffing the binary
