Public bug reported:

The default text in the dash search box is supposed to change to
represent the state of the "Include online search results" toggle
switch.

This text can be made to show the wrong thing with these steps:

1. Log in
2. Check that Systems Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Search -> Include 
online search results = OFF
3. Log out
4. Log in
5. Press the super key and open the dash
6. Note the text says "Search your computer"
7. Press the super key to close the dash
8. Press the super key to open the dash
9. Note that the text now says "Search your computer and online sources"
10. Be confused.
