Lxde panel menu icon overlapped by shourtcuts on RTL langauge interface
How to reproduce:
1. Install RTL language support from gnome-language-selector by Add/Remove
languages button
2. Move Arabic or any RTL language to the top of the menu before English
3. Logout and chose Arabic from the top right corner
4. Log in
The problem:
Toolbar quick launch icons overlapping lxpanel menu button.
