I am rinning 32bit Kubuntu 7.10 RC1 and I have a similar problem. If I
check for updates and click on the "Version Upgrade" button in Adept the
upgrade starts and I am told that there some unsupported packeges. After
that it tells me that there is no upgrade available and reverts all the
