Public bug reported:

It looks like lldb is not installed properly on 16.04 (Xenial). After
installing the "lldb" package, the executable is not found.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)
Release:        16.04
$ sudo apt-get install lldb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
lldb is already the newest version (1:3.8-33ubuntu3).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
$ readlink -f /usr/bin/lldb
/usr/lib/llvm-3.8/bin/lldb-3.8.0
$ ls -l /usr/lib/llvm-3.8/bin/lldb-3.8.0
ls: cannot access /usr/lib/llvm-3.8/bin/lldb-3.8.0: No such file or directory
