* New upstream release.
- Fixes border between Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary. (LP: #1547631)

* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8, no
GSHHG 2.3.5 has been released today and includes the fix for the border
lines between Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary.
The updated package is available in Debian unstable, and should be
synced into Ubuntu yakkety in soon.
