Public bug reported: 1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu
XUbuntu 14.04.3 LTS 2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center Installed: 0.9.8.8-0ubuntu7.2 3) What you expected to happen I am able to connect to any of my wifi networks without having to restart the computer 4) What happened instead If I am connected to one of my wifi networks, and then select a different one of my wifi networks, I receive the message "Authentication Required by Wi-Fi network", despite the fact that the password has already been entered correctly - ie. when I restart, it connects automatically. Note that I have two wifi networks, using the two different 802.11n radio bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz), and they both have the same password. ** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: network-manager xubuntu ** Attachment added: "Screenshot - 20160501 - 090256.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1577070/+attachment/4652476/+files/Screenshot%20-%2020160501%20-%20090256.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1577070 Title: Xubuntu - Not able to connect to any of my wifi networks without rebooting To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1577070/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
