The error message says "dpkg: error: cannot access archive: No such file
or directory"
Make sure the .deb exists that you are trying to install and that you
have the name of the file correct.
I am closing this bug because dpkg cannot install a file that does not
exist.

sorry forgot that's NOT all = other 5 aplications failed too...so i was
suspicious the net bad and tryied it again ALL.but the ofice one
tryied more tryied more times later (like 5 else times) but allways same
error reporting at the end and YES IT SAID something about dependencies
unsatisfied
