Public bug reported:
$ sudo desktop-file-install masterpdfeditor3.desktop
$ ls /usr/share/applications/master*
/usr/share/applications/masterpdfeditor3.desktop
But the icon is still not in the launcher.
This affects current 16.04 LTS. There are bug reports against earlier
releases (14/15) but those should have been fixed.
