Per https://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-
spec-latest.html Icon is not a required field and I do not think we
should be so cavalierly throwing exceptions in such cases of certain
fields not being in .desktop files. We should be extremely lenient on
input.

Seems like a desktop file should always have an Icon. We're throwing an
exception because the application desktop file is invalid. I think
that's a reasonable thing to do.
