Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: alsa-tools-gui

None of the desktop files included in the alsa-tools-gui package specify
an icon. As a result, all their menu entries etc do not have an icon.
This affects a number of entries under "Multimedia", like 'Envy24
control', 'Echomixer', 'Rmedigicontrol', 'HDSPMixer', and 'HDSPConf':

$ for d in $(dpkg -L alsa-tools-gui | grep desktop$); do echo -n "$d: "; grep
-i ^icon "$d"; done
/usr/share/applications/hdspconf.desktop: Icon=
/usr/share/applications/hdspmixer.desktop: Icon=
/usr/share/applications/echomixer.desktop: Icon=
/usr/share/applications/envy24_control.desktop: Icon=
/usr/share/applications/rmedigicontrol.desktop: Icon=
