Public bug reported:

I did these steps:
1/ install ubuntu-16.04-desktop-amd64.iso
2/ and all updates
3/ install nis and nfs-kernel-server
4/ enter: /bin/systemctl add-wants multi-user.target rpcbind.service

Boot works.

5/ add pidentd, 3.0.19.ds1-7 today.

After that, one boot out of 2 fails: process mountd
and/or rpcbind and/or ypdbind are not here at the end
of the boot sequence.

6/ suppress pidentd. Boot works again.

May be a dependency in systemd??
