I'm having the same problem with PCI ID 1102:0012 & sub ID 1102:0010.
It's a SB Z OEM (no fancy shroud).

Hi,
as windows and freebsd did work with generic driver so I disabled ca0132
enabled pure generic module (no fancy patch_ca0132.c)
here is generic driver's alsa-info and details
pin configs detected correctly and same as windows/freebsd pinconfigs
but ca0132 detects wrong pin numbers
