xul-ext-ublock-origin is disabled by firefox for lack of signature

Debian packages of Firefox addons cannot be signed. Debian's Firefox
carries a patch that turns off signature warnings for addons installed
system-wide. One way to resolve this bug would be for Ubuntu's Firefox
to carry it too.
