I can confirm that the latest Ubuntu GNOME yakkety daily amd64 iso has
networking again, as tested in yakkety's virtualbox with virtual
ethernet.

The general logic in livecd-rootfs is now fine -- there is an
/etc/netplan/01-network-manager-all.yaml, but the generator fails as
there is a typo in it (missing ':'). Argh!
