gstreamer is not the right sourcepackage, removing.
Bug 265096 seems like the same issue for flac files which turned out to
be a bug in rhythmbox, so reopening that task.

Thanks for your report, that's probably a gstreamer issue rather than
totem or rhythmbox one, can you attach an example of an AAC file to the
report for testing purposes? thanks.
