provided kernel wit
GuC file for Kaby Lake is present in kernel github
(https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-
firmware.git/tree/i915 ) from February 2017. So it's highest time to
remove temporary patch added to address unreleased GUC firmware.

/lib/firmware/i915/kbl_guc_ver9_14.bin and
/lib/firmware/i915/bxt_guc_ver8_7.bin have been present in linux-

I believe the patch to remove the MODULE_FIRMWARE entries,

bionic.git/patch/drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_guc_fw.c?id=dc0f16
@steve77, can you elaborate? Which release, what kernel version, and
which files does it continue to complain about?
