Binary package hint: apport
apport-retrace crashes when someone attempts to retrace a launchpad bug and
save it locally. it looks like apport-retrace attempts to upload the new
retrace to launchpad even tho the options have been set to save it locally...
the man page says that if you attempt to save the retrace locally then it won't
attempt to upload it...
