Accepted mysql-5.7 into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysql-5.7/5.7.17-0ubuntu0.16.04.2
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.

In MySQL 5.7.15 the only tests in the mtr suite written in python were
rewritten in perl, to remove the python dependency, but this added a
dependency on libjson-perl, without which those tests will fail.
Fix is to change the dependency in d/control
