Done in lp:~mrpouit/xubuntu-default-settings/translatable-launchers. I've uploaded the POT file on https://translations.launchpad.net /xubuntu-default-settings. As soon as it's accepted, it should be available for translation. It's too late for jaunty anyway, and it required a lot of changes to xu
