I suggest disabling the proposed archive during the position disable
step during the upgrade.

Release process leaves stable -proposed with broken packages, breaking
users who volunteer to test stable -proposed for SRU
This is due to me having the i386 variant of wine installed on an amd64
system alongside the amd64 packages. These package seem to have changed
differently in yakkety causing the upgrade hiccup. I did the necessary
changes to allow the upgrade to be complete by manual means.
