Hi Steve, I saw your comment and believe this is likely the same issue
as bug 1561306. Therefore an SRU (or at least a nomination) for 16.04
might be useful as well.

fixed in cubemap 1.3.1-3 currently in zesty. To fix this in yakkety,
someone needs to apply
