Sorry, this was the first report to Ubuntu that has ever left my
computer. I am pretty sure the cause of the problem was because I
disabled sql from starting by modifying its /etc configuration file. I
don't really use it, but prefer to keep it on my computer. It is not
really a bug for me. I some how fixed something else that got bug
reporting working on my computer. You should disregard my report.

Title:
  package mysql-server-5.5 5.5.53-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 failed to
  install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script
  returned error exit status 255.  I have it "#" disabled in
  /ect/init/mysql.conf, is probably the problem
