Sorry, this was the first report to Ubuntu that has ever left my computer. I am pretty sure the cause of the problem was because I disabled sql from starting by modifying its /etc configuration file. I don't really use it, but prefer to keep it on my computer. It is not really a bug for me. I some how fixed something else that got bug reporting working on my computer. You should disregard my report.
