I just downgraded to 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.1:

pulseaudio-module-x11=1:8.0-0ubuntu3.1 libpulsedsp=1:8.0-0ubuntu3.1
pulseaudio-module-bluetooth=1:8.0-0ubuntu3.1
I was using 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.1.
