Can somebody please close the hardy tasks. The current status
incorrectly suggests there is still work to be done for hardy.

I'll merge the xfwm4 package from Debian, so it'll be installable again
(that's not the fix, only a workaround...).
you both have different
Sebastien: xfwm4 works with gtk = 2.11.6 since the 4.4.1-2ubuntu2, not
the 4.4.1-3. The xfwm4 merge is a fix, but not the real one (the
conflict in the gtk package remains wrong); that's why I called this a
workaround.
Anyway, it's fixed, thus I'm not sure it's worth speaking of it further.

there is no real bug there, the issue was an instability one and the
nicer way is usually to lower the delta which is what the update did, no
need to discuss the details ;-)

Lionel, that doesn't really make sense to create an extra gtk change
over Debian when xfwm4 needs to be merged with Debian anyway which will
make xfwm4 installable again

That's still because of the gtk conflict. The resolver tries to find a solution
without installing gtk, but it fails since libxfcegui4-4 depends on it:
Investigating libgtk2.0-0
Package libgtk2.0-0 has broken dep on xfwm4
Considering xfwm4 as a solution to libgtk2.0-0 2
