Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: python-pyode

On upgrading from Feisty to Gutsy, the python-pyode package failed to install,
giving the following error message:
Configuring python-pyode (1.2.0-1build1) ...
pycentral: pycentral pkginstall: already exists:
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/PyODE-1.2.0.egg-info
pycentral pkginstall: already exists:
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/PyODE-1.2.0.egg-info

Thus the entire upgrade procedure was aborted.
The problem was solved easily by deleting the .egg-info before configuring the
package, however the system upgrade had already aborted.

** Affects: pyode (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
