Accepted libicns into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libicns/0.8.1-3ubuntu0.16.10.0 in a
few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

icons larger than 256x256 in Ubuntu 16.10. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is not affected.
