Hello Joseph, thanks for looking into this. I've downloaded the .deb
files, removed all virtualbox packages, and installed the .deb files.
I'll test for a few days and let you know my findings.

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.10 kernel[
I see, some of my logs came through ;)
I hope the logs are useful; as the issue disables my access to the
internet, most (though not all) logs are made after a restart
