Public bug reported:

Misconfiguration in /etc/fail2ban/jail.conf means that the jail for
'roundcube' will not run.

The error is the repeated 'logpath =' as per below:

logpath  = logpath = %(roundcube_errors_log)s

If the line becomes:

logpath = %(roundcube_errors_log)s
----------

Fail2ban starts correctly.
