Public bug reported: Prison KF5 has now become an official part of the KDE frameworks 5 releases
We (kubuntu) have uploaded KDE framework 5.30 to zesty but have had to leave out prison-kf5 as currently we do not have upload permissions for this in our packageset. It has been added to our seed and is awaiting a refresh, but this is being delayed by reviews of other new sources for us which need to be completed before the refresh is done. New prison is an optional but desired build depend for our main plasma- desktop/workspace packages, which adds for example clipboard widget support for generating and dealing with barcodes and QR codes. Therefore I would like to request that someone is kind enough to sponsor this upload for us in the meantime. This has been built and tested in our staging ppa, and can be found here: https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ubuntu/staging- frameworks/+packages?field.name_filter=prison&field.status_filter=published&field.series_filter=zesty Thank you. ** Affects: prison-kf5 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: zesty ** Tags added: zesty -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1662191 Title: prison-kf5 needs updating to v 5.30 in line with KDE frameworks 5.30 release To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/prison-kf5/+bug/1662191/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
