If I insert the USB Flash drive in USB3.0 port even the command lsusb
does not show any information about it like it does not exist. I test
this several times on Windows 7 and it function without issue. I tested
on my system different kernel even the 4.10.1 one, and no difference.

Here is the lsusb output with the flash inserted in USB2.0 port
