It appears the problem is just that the Ambiance CSD titlebars are
thinner than Adwaita. Making them the same height should solve this.
That might be a good temporary step on the way to having smaller ones
that also look right...

Yeah, I noticed this since the first moment actually, but I wasn't able
to find a rule covering all the cases of decorations we have...
By the way I'd prefer to reduce the headerbar height by reducing the
padding of the headerbar elements, so that we can save some vertical
space.
