Public bug reported:

The OrangeFS kernel module
(/lib/modules/<kernel>/kernel/fs/orangefs/orangefs.ko) has been
available as part of the Linux kernel since version 4.6, but has not
been compiled as part of the ubuntu kernel-image package or any other
package for the amd64 and i386 architectures. According to Ubuntu
Package Search, it is being compiled for the arm64, armhf, and powerpc
architectures.

This bug report is to add support for OrangeFS by compiling the orangefs
module and including it with the all kernel packages >= 4.6. This can be
done by enabling CONFIG_ORANGEFS_FS as a module in the kernel config
file.
