Public bug reported:

Disabled touchpad on Lenovo t460s notebook over "Mouse and Touchpad
setting". Touchpad seems to be deactivated in normal behaviour, but two
finger touch on touchpad seems to be part activ while press left
touchpad button.

So if I press left touchpad button while my both hands lays on touchpad
because of 10 finger typing, it seems it notice 2 touches on touchpad (2
finger touch). I am a trackpoint user, so typing and mouse interactions
are quite good solution, but touchpad must be deacitvated while working,
because both hands lay down on touchpad will cause mousepointer
interactions. So i decided to disable it. But if boths hands lay on
touchpad and I click the left touchpad button for example to mark a part
of text, it will be like the left button is locked. This behaviour will
go away if i do not lay down my both hands on touchpad. So it seems that
touchpad is not fully deactivated, the 2 finger touch seems part active.
